0 - 2000 gr: standard delivery 2-5 working days: €6.75
2000 - 5000 gr: standard delivery 2-5 working days: €8.70

Belgium, Germany, France
0 - 2000 gr: standard delivery 2-7 working days: €13.00
2000 - 5000 gr: standard delivery 2-7 working days: €19.50

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your order to Felice Home of Brands. You can either return or exchange your package for free in Felice Home of Brands during opening hours, or send the package back to the store. If you send the package back to our store, please e-mail us why you don't want to keep it (to [email protected] ). 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition with the price tags attached. 

We advice you to send a trackable package. It’s your responsibility until it reaches us. We can’t be held responsible for any delays, missing items or damage.

Upon arrival, please carefully check your items. In the unusual case you would receive a faulty/damaged item, we would like to ask you to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and send us an email to [email protected] We will contact you asap after reading your email to find the best solution. The shipping costs and costs made for return shipment of faulty/damaged items are refundable.
